Beyond the hour...

Today at 8:30 pm is Earth Hour. A project started four years ago which asks people to turn off their lights for an hour to highlight the need for all of us to save energy and be kinder to mother earth as a whole.

Last year Earth Hour became the largest grass roots movement with millions of people throughout all continents switching their lights off and holding meet ups. So check out the video below and join the good fight!

And remember to go beyond the hour by setting a "green goal" for the rest of the year. Mine? To be more responsible about my recycling.

xoxo,
Pilar

  3. Darn we missed it! I hope we can try to make up for it by using less electricity this year. We will also be better about our recycling too!
