Finally. Friday! On Monday it always seems as though Friday can never get here fast enough and yet, as another work week comes to an end, I can't help but wonder "where did the time go???". Anywho, I , for one, am rather happy it is Friday. Out of the last five days I have been at work past 9:00 pm for three of them and once until almost midnight. :: siiigh:: the "perks" of law firm life.
Well before I wallow on self-pity, lets turn to bright, light and wonderfully colorful things. Such as J.Crew's super chic and fun new spring line. The theme for this collection seems to be rainbow colors, styled in a laid-back and charming style. Below a personal compilation of my favorite looks.
These ensambles have really inspired me to try some color-blocking with different shades of the same color. I am dying over the pink outfit on the second row and the contrast of sparkly and denim on the last look. Also, the side pony-tails and conciously messy hair styles are the perfect final touch, no? Any favorites ensambles?
Have a very lovely and cheerful weekend!
xoxo,
Pilar

You picked all my favorite looks! Jcrew styling is one of the best! I really want the all-white look and denim shirt with sparkly maxi skirt! I'm having a busy weekend but it's all good :-) xoxoxoo
ReplyDeleteI am a bit jealous of your long law firm hours (as I sit here and dream of which law school I want to go to....)
ReplyDeleteAnd I adore all of those looks. I personally am coveting the last one in the second row, with the loose blouse and trousers...very modern-messy Katherine Hepburn-like.
Wonderful looks!!!
